I have been a loyal costumer for MTN for years but today I was very disappointed. I went to an MTN shop at Secunda mall for an ugrade. I broused thtrough their booklet and I was intresested in a deal of 5GB 5GB night express at R129 x 24 months (own device). The Sales Consulted called MTN and she was adviced that the deal is not avaiable (after waiting for a long time).

If I am not given this deal by MTN I am going to cancell all my contracts with them and never ever do my business with them. One moment I was happy of finding a great deal in their booklet and the next moment I am told that I cannot get it. Please rectify this, and give me this deal5GB 5GB night express at R129 x 24 months (own device). Otherwise I am leaving MTN. If this was a mistake why you didn't remove those booklets from the shop?
