My Sony Xperia Z which is not even quater through its contract just shut down took it to Greenacres Nashua mobile to have it repaired phone was booked in Good Condition by the consultant, who tried to charge the phone while on the phone with a technician, 30 days later i go to collect the phone and iam told it was returned to the store without being repaired as I did not accept the quote, which no one told me or bothered to contact me regarding this so my phone was laying at that store for a month, and my emails to this consultant
was ignored asking him how far the reapirs where, only because i complained about another matter. Now the manager tells me i Have to pay beacause of Physical Damage that is not coverved by warranty???
