In November 2013 I received a cell phone package that I ordered, on opening the package I realised that they delivered a wrong phone. I immediately called vodacom to complain and also noticed that it was not a top up 200 as agreed but was given air time worth 3500. that is when I cancelled the contract. I was debited at the end of November 2013 then 15 December 2013 and again on 15 January 2014. I have been calling the call centre, spoke to different consultants, given several reference numbers but there was no help or joy received from vodacom. everytime I will ask for my refund I will be told it takes about 21, 14 or 7 working days but it is now more than 60 days.the cell phone number in question was 071 403 8102 of which it is now converted to pre paid number. all I need is my refund. PLEASE HELP
