I bought 3 x 2GB tablet data packages from the Greenstone Autopage branch in October 2011 and logged a call at inception to the head office explicitly instructing them to convert all 3 contracts to a top-up option once the monthly data/ contract limit of 2GB had been reached. The instruction was confirmed during the telephone call with the head office, but was not effected. Every month since has been a battle and stressful inconvenience to get the volatile unsupported data charges reversed and corrected in line with the instruction. For the first few months the sales consultant I dealt with told me that the evidence of instruction was on hand and that issue was resolved and that the full disputed credits have been passed to my account however this has not happened to date - now he doesn't even bother to return messages or phone calls. This is the most awful experience I have ever had with a service provider - for the past year I have felt nothing but grossly cheated and vandalised by this company as a consumer, humiliated each month running after the and and further disrespected with them not even returning my calls. Any self respecting consumer - AVOID
