Waiting to be helped 2nd in Que for 45 minutes

On Saturday the 18th January 2014 i entered the Hatfield Telkom store to purchase a new cordless land line telephone. 2nd in line i waited 45 minutes to be helped as she allowed the person in front to phone etc to complete his application. I eventually ended in front after various words where uttered about the way things where going by all in rows. I found out she was manager and so she informed me later but on telling her what I wanted she informed me i Need my ID. Words flowed again. She told me she was disgusted in the way I reacted and ashamed of my attitude. I asked to see the phones and she had a attitude of not to open up phones so i could see and feel them. Eventually she got out the store phones for me to see. i asked her for info at which she said i can read it on box or on brochure. She refused to exp[lain it to me. Words flowed to which she answered that she was embarrassed for me and feels embarrassed to have me in her shop. I left and went to Zambezi junction where the friendly people there helped me and 10 minutes later i had my phone. i also heard she was not the manager but acting as manager. such attitudes by Telkom representatives is totally unacceptable.
