KFC
BAD SERVICE!!

We went to this KFC on Thursday evening, and waited at the till for almost 15 minutes without anybody even acknowledging that we were there. And it's not like we were the only people in the shop at the time. There was another customer who had been standing there when we came in. When he eventually went to the front of the line to enquire and make a scene they told him that some of the items he wanted were not available. After he had been waiting for so long. Even when they saw us waiting there all the staff were busy in the back and still nobody came to help us. We eventually left. I am utterly disgusted with this KFC. It is not the first time that I have had trouble with them, and that is the reason why I am now lodging a complaint. On a few occasions we got home and found that not all our items we PAID for were packed, and on other occasions we have gotten there well before closing time to be informed that whatever was finished. And then it would usually be the chicken pieces. I mean really... Chicken is the reason why people go to KFC. How can they then say the chicken is finished. They might as well then close the doors for the evening. I am utterly disgusted in KFC!!!
