Terrible Cellular Service

After 1 year of bad reception, countless missed calls, dropped calls, I am now tired of fighting and trying to cancel my contract. I have tried a new phone and a new sim to no avail. Cell C is in breach by not supplying the service I pay for yet they want me to pay the second year's commitment before they cancel? This issue with my phone is not good for my business.
