FED UP: Failure to address poor reception complaint

I would like a manager from Cell C's technical department to call me please. I am tired of speaking to minions who constantly tell me that I do not have a problem with reception when patently, I do. Cell C is in breach of contract by failing to provide me with a usable cellular call service, and data service. This is now 3.5 months' worth of calling, fighting, and being fobbed off. I do not live in a backwater rural town: this is not the kind of reception I should be getting for Cresta/Northcliff.

The fact that I am now considering forwarding all my Cell C calls to a Vodacom prepaid number should tell you just how desperate I am.

This is not the way to build a brand. I have never in my life felt such antipathy towards a brand, which is a shame considering the millions you're spending on your marketing campaign.

This is breach of contract, and clear overpromise from a marketing perspective.
