Wrong Insurance Claim

I claim insurance on my Blackberry 9900 from Cell-sure (Vodacom insurance company) last year December and the gave a reference no that I should take to Vodacom. I went in to a Vodashop in Menlyn on Wed 15 Jan and requested that they give a phone to the value of R5000.00 because my insurance cover was for R5000.00, they advised me that I should take a Blackberry 9720 advised me that it was worth R5200. Only when I got home and checked the internet i found out that it was worth R2889.00. I took the phone back unoped the next day ahatnd informed them that I will not accept a phone for that value and they told me that the insurance claim will not be reversed and that I had to take the 9720. Im not happy, My cover was is for R5000.00
