Out of Order Landline

My landline has been out of order since the beginning January. Once reported they sent someone out he said he would come back but never returned. Have been phoning 10210 daily requesting update. Get different responses every time. I even went to the Sydenham Depot myself a couple of times. Eventually they sent someone who was clearly battling to find fault and had no ladder. She advised me to cut the bushes and she would return immediately. Still waiting for this so called technician to return. I am completely baffled by such shoddy service in this day and age.
