Cancelling my contract and then reactivating it!

On the 11th of January my contract expired with MTN. I e-mailed them in advance requesting that they cancel it and make my sim card pre paid. I wanted to port my cell number to my new Cell C contract. On Saturday I requested this.By Monday, my cell number had still not yet been ported. I then found out MTN simply cancelled the whole sim and number. I then requested that it get reactivated and ported. This is still not done and I'm starting to think MTN is doing this to make my company switch as difficult as possible. This is my business number and for 6 days I have not been able to receive a single phone call. I have absolutely had it with MTN, we have 5 other contracts with them and will be moving them as soon as they expire. Not to mention their call charges are double most other companies!!! What a bunch of clowns.
