Disgusted at poor service

I called and emailed webafrica on numerous occasions. Not Only is it impossible to reach their hosting department but when you do reach them, they put you on hold for another hour!!!

I need a domain transfered away from them and they do sweet nothing to help. What a pathetic bunch...
