Cell c customer services gone to the dogs

As a loyal cell c customer for the past few years, i have to say that i have never been so I-rated as i have been in this past week. a new phone has to be sent in for repairs, but to top it off, i get pathetic responses from call agents that think they the bees knees and constantly interrupted me as i attempted to get my views across. the repair centre manager eventually got back to me 24 hrs later, and couldn't assist me in any way what so ever. all because they have between 10 and 15 million subscriber (as i was informed). the one and only person who attempted to hold up the Cell C name was a supervisor by the name of Cathleen, bless her for knowing what customer service is. the very important fact that they need to keep in mind is that it is because of customers that they have jobs... EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
