No service - 30 days since i logged my order!!!

On 20 December I requested to move my ADSL and landline to a new residential address. And since then I have had just no joy at all. First they cancelled the order, then re-opened a order after I had to call them. Then just nothing.

I have called several times and no one seems to be able to assist me. No one knows why it has not been installed or moved. On the last call they told me there was a problem with the exchange but could not explain how there is a problem with the exchange for 30 days and then they put me on hold until the phone cut. I was on the line for 45 minutes this time round. not mentioning the other 2 hours I spent over the past few days.

I need to know when this line will be activated. my ref no's are. 91322512a, 91323118a, 91324857a, 91530207a and lastly 4314568 from the man named Chris (who never called back after promising to do so.)

Your immediate response would be appreciated.
