Cell C bills R799 for a single session of browsing

I logged a complaint with Cell C on 12 December 2013 after I was informed that I was charged an amount of R799 for for data usage at 9:15am on 4 December 2013.
I have checked the browsing history on this phone which I purchased as a gift for my girlfriend. The only sites that was used was a maximum of three sites used to prep her for an interview. It was merely interview questions and answers and contained no streaming media etc. I even offered to hand in the phone so that Cell C could look into this further.
I was told a manager would contact me, the technical team does not know why I was charged so much, is it not their job to know or to find out?
It has been more than a month and still no resolution from Cell C, rest assured that I am a consumer that will not hesitate to exhaust every avenue to bring this matter to the attention of the public. This is a form of!
I will also be contacting Speak Out so that this matter can be publicized on television. And I will be closing my bank account.
I requested a copy of my telephonic conversation with Nolwaza. Ref num: 1312080000156239 but more than a month later, I have still not received the recording.
