Poor service

I am a Mtnsp client for years now, I got a new I Phone 5s at mtn for a upgrade, because the phone I wanted was not in stock. the I phone I great but the signal service I get from MTN is up to.
I am trying to call MTN on 808 to get a new sim activated but seems no one is working there any more. I don't get any joy from mtn. don't know what to do any more. cant complain about the service because there is no service to complain about.
