Phones go unanswered

They sell phones, but don't seem to answer them. I've now called no less than 3 times, each time the phone just rings and rings, until someone manually disconnects me. I've verified the number I'm calling with Canal Walk visitor information. Poor service from a company I was going to pay R10 000 for a phone.
