In Dec 2012 just after the iPhone 5 was released i placed an order via telephone for a cell c contract of R399 pm. At that time the iPhone was out of stock as it is high in demand. The lady I had spoken to assured me that I would receive a phone by middle of Jan 2013. I have phoned cell c a couple of times (last time about 2weeks ago), as I still have not received a response or a phone call stating whether they have received stock or not, and they assured me that they will receive stock in a weeks time. Two weeks later I still do not have a phone and I haven't received a phone call as to when the phone will arrive.
I personally think that it is very bad customer service. And with the phone and the deals still being advertised everywhere, it would be nice to keep customers updated as to when stock will arrive.
