A Full Business week with NO response to an email

I sent an request to [Email Removed] and was told I would get feedback within two business days. A whole has passed and not a word, even if my request was unsuccessful at least a reply is expected.

Below is an email I sent on 13th Nov 2013 at 15:46

I would like to request a call recording for the 19th April 2013 at 9:01am, the reason for me requesting this recording is that I remember requesting a consultant to activate call roaming for me, and would like to clarify if I had mentioned anything about data roaming as I recently went out of the country and had a roaming bill of which I was under the impression that only my calls were activated for roaming.
