Bad Service by Cell c Silverton

I went to Cell C silverton to report my two months contract cellphone, it has a problem I cannot receive nor make calls. Erik told me that they cannot accept my cellphone because they have no books to write on and I must go to the nearest branch. I said I am from Mamelodi and Silverton is my nearest branch he said there is nothing they can do. I asked for the store manager, Erik said " why are you taking my name and why are you asking for the store manager if you are going to report us to the Head Office you are wasting your time many customers report us but nothing happens". So I had to catch another taxi to look for other branches in town. I am so angry with Cell c and this is my second contract with them, I had a customer service complaint with my first contract but it seems like nothing has changed. Cell c is the worst network provider.
