How do you speak to 3 different people and now one assists you correctly. I have not been able to sms for 4-6 months now due to operator determined barring. I have a debit order so it is not due to non-payment. I have phoned and spoken to more than 3 different people over the last few months and actually just gave up. They either don't understand me or have no idea what their doing. Hopefully this will get the correct response
