10 calls later I STILL don't have problem resolved

Since Dec I have been trying to get international dialling working on my iPhone 5. I need this function for business. Every time I call the call center, I need to re-authenticate buy answering questions like ID number, physical address, etc. I don't mind them checking I understand the reasons, but when I have to keep calling back because the problem is still not fixed, it gets very annoying.
Most of all, the problem is not fixed. In Dec a ticket was logged with their tech department, and I received an sms to say the problem was fixed. It was not.
I asked to speak to the Manager at the call center yesterday after phoning in for the third time in an hour (The first time, they said it was fixed, the second time the call dropped, so I had to start all over again the third time). The manager promised to log a technical fault with the tech department and send me the reference number. I am still waiting... now I am most likely going to have to phone in and re-authenticate - again!!!
