MTN's unavailability of 3G network coverage

This is Vincent in Phokeng just outside Rustenburg in the North West Province. I've been with MTN for almost half a year but I'm already enough with this edge coverage on an LTE phone in place where I spend most of my time hours I pay a lot of money at the end of each month, I don't enjoy the use of my phone. I have asked them to increase my monthy spend twice already but I'm still struggling with a simple 3G network coverage, this is on my last nerves as we speak.
