Does anyone work at MTN insurace??

We have submitted a claim form for a cellular telephone which was during an armed.
When we call 083 123 6084 and follow the voice prompts - we are told by electronic voice that the form has not been received - since 18 December 2013 we have submitted the form twice.
When you press "0" to speak to a consultant all you hear - until you finally hang up after 25 minutes is - do do dumb do do dumb dumb dumb dumb dumb (I know how to spell - it is intentional).
How long must we keep going around in circles - this is business phone on a business contract (one of several we have on MTN).
Why pay for handset insurance - and when you want to claim you can't complain about bad service or poor turn around time - because there is no service or turn around time AT ALL.
