Not replacing cables?!?! No Feedback since 10/13

Long story short: Telephone Cables were in the Cape Town Hanover Park area, sadly it is not a wireless coverage area which means i am stuck without internet. I do not know what Telkom has done since I have logged the fault, seems like neither the call centre nor the technical team know what is happening - its amazing how uninterested the call centre consultants are, seems very willing to pass the slightly difficult call to someone else who knows even less.

I am done spending 45 minutes are the line waiting for someone to inform me that they cant see anything on the system, or that i need to choose option 1 and 3 next when calling 10210. Telkom: I am asking anyone at your company (its embarrassing that is has to reach Hello-Peter) to contact me, please no vague nonsensical smses, and to please inform me if Hanover Park, Cape Town, cables has been replaced and that the area is up and running.
