My no 015 491 6911 and acc is 335079080001

I have been without service more than a month - since 12-12-2013

I have been a Telkom customer for 30 years and can state categorically that since Telkom also went on the BBBEE Gravy Train Rampage, service on all platforms and all levels has progressively declined at an ever increasing pace to the sewer it is in right now

My line is still not repaired

I get no feedback

It is impossible to reach any of the sods employed to fix this (who by the way are paid with my money) at the 10210 (only available contact no)

Nobody answers at the accounts desk

EVER

So right now I have:
1. No service
2. No feedback
3. No working contact no's
4. No web contact
5. No accounts support
6. Guaranteed ongoing abuse
7. Consistent failure to adhere to the Consumer Protection Act.

So lets keep it simple

I refuse to pay fees anything after 12-12-2013.

Don't bother to fix the line

Cancel the line

Close the account

Just get out of my life forever
