CellC put money for two lines onto just one

In December I had to make a manual payment to Cellc and was told to use both my numbers as a reference as 08"""""07777/0""""87777. The at Cellc put all the money into one line and disconnected the other. No one called, SMSed or emailed to say they were going to block a paid up line. Now thy say this is my fault!!!
