DEEPLY UPSET WITH TELKOM

Having closed a Telkom telephone account, paid the balance in full and on time in June 2013, Telkom in their wisdom have seen fit not to inform the Credit Bureau that I am a customer of good standing. This has meant that my credit rating is now in the toilet and prevents me from sourcing credit anywhere. It has been deeply upsetting and costly in time and money to finally understand why Financial Institutions were turning me away. I today contacted the Telkom Complaints Department several times, but nobody answers the telephone. To whom should I address my complaints about the complaints department? I am today strongly considering legal action against Telkom. I will give this forum a number of hours to see if someone will give me the courtesy of a reply.
