Disconnects my SIM for no reason

I am so tired of this network provider. I constantly have bad service.
After a whole day of my phone not working, can't phone, receive calls, send or receive sms's I found out that my sim card has been blocked for no good reason!!! But the best is that their customer care centre only operates from 8 - 5. Shouldn't they at least have some form of assistance after hours?? Another issue is just to get a COPY of my contract with them but I suppose its filed away in a warehouse somewhere that no human can possibly get.
And the best of all is that I can't even phone costumer care from my own phone.
