Finally some good service MTN! Thank you Sandi

I have had endless issues with MTN in the past. We have fought here on many occasions and I have reported any bad service i have had many times. So it is only fair that when you guys do deliver, I make sure that people know as well. I recently upgraded both my and my wife's iPhones. I dealt with Sandi (Sandile) at the Hemmingways mall (main MTN branch). It is the first time I have dealt with her and all I can say is WOW! She certainly knows how to treat customers. Everything she did was professional, friendly and she knew the product as well as the process of upgrading the contracts. When we couldn't upgrade my wife's phone (due to it not being eligible yet), she said she would phone me in mid December. She did just that! Just her keeping that promise made a massive difference to my past experiences with MTN. WELL DONE SANDI! I can be a difficult customer if I don't get the service that I am paying for, but I also give credit where credit is due. And Sandile really went the extra mile. It was a pleasant experience (that I was dreading initially). Keep up the good work. Hopefully this is a new direction for MTN. If so, I'll be so happy! :) Thanks to the coffee lady too! :)
