Both Sandi and Carla of Master Movers International we most helpful and understanding with the removal of my parents furniture from South Africa to Sydney. To save costs a groupage shipment was organised for me. Great care was taken to deliver all the goods in almost perfect condition. Small, minor yet unavoidable breakages were expected as the storage and shipment took 9 months. (Groupage)
Sandi kept me up to date with the progress of the shipment date.
The packers of MasterMovers were thorough and most compliant to my requests. Also very friendly bunch of men!
All paperwork was clear and precise. The cost was fair and affordable.
Overall a very stress "free " move.
I would happily use MM again and would certainly encourage any of my friends or family moving to Australia to get a quote from MMI.
