Taking my money illegally!!!

I paid my settlement amount to end my contract in July 2013 and they did stop it but in October and in November they took money from me for some reason and now when I phone them to get my money back they keep on telling me they will get back to me but never do and I have not received any money yet? Nice to take someones money but when they must give it back it is always 1000 stories.!!!
