Poor Service and fault on line still now fixed

Our internet line has been down since the 24th December and having called the support number several times nothing has been done regarding it.

The last lady we spoke to said "it is with the technician dept and they are aware there is a fault and apologize for the inconvenience" As a customer paying for a service which is not accessible this is not acceptable.
