I have a real problem with service providers claiming to have an "improved" this or that and then it ends up being worse than before. Before the so-called new and improved message centre, there used to be an option under ACTIONS where you could BLOCK SENDER. From here I could go to junk mail and block the domain as well. Now all of a sudden that functionality is gone and I have to put up with all the spam that floods my mailbox on a regular basis. IT'S NO GOOD MOVING THESE E-MAILS TO THE JUNK MAIL FOLDER, AS IT DOESN'T GIVE YOU THE OPTION TO BLOCK THE FRIGGIN SENDER!!! I called MWEB last year complaining about this and was told that the query would be escalated to the technical or whatever department. Well, obviously nobody has done anything about, as I'm still not able to block these senders. Am I the only one of your thousands of subscribers who makes use of this facility? Oops, my mistake - USED to make use of this facility??? Anyone interested in putting back things that actually work, or am I just one voice whose problem / opinion doesn't count? My money is good enough for you, so how about I get something for it?
