NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RIP OFF!

Our business recieves the Telkom VPN service. It was sold to us on a 5 year contract at "x" amount per year. Upon investigation, I have found a similiar service for less than half the price. Whilst it is not identical, it will do the same job for the size of our organization. I have been in touch since October 2013 trying to come to an arrangement for better pricing or to cancel but telkom are not interested. Sent a letter (Which cost a lot to draw up) and no response either. They say they will match pricing but I am still waiting (4 months now). Our business is being majorly impacted in a negative way. Shocking!

I am willing to stay with Telkom but they cant be bothered to communicate. PLEASE NOTE CONSUMERS: THERE ARE OTHER CHOICES OUT THERE WHO PIGGY BACK OFF THE TELKOM NETWORK AND CHARGE HALF THE PRICE. OTHER SERVICES ALSO HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO YOUR RESEARCH.
