Month 4 and NO PROGRESS MADE!!!

It is now the 4th month that I am paying a cellular contract that I do not own. Last month the branch manager, Shade' (please excuse if incorrectly spelt), after I sent an Affidavit and certified copies of ID etc., told me that it problem would be sorted. Yet another billing period arrives and I am still paying for the above mentioned contract. I was even told that the phone in question is no longer in the store, so I am probably paying someone else's account. Best of all now is that I get no response to my email enquiries, I phone and get told the manager is on leave but when I walk past the shop she is behind the counter. This last week my phone calls don't get answered anymore. They probably see my number when I phone. I am fed up and don't know what else to do. 4 Months and not a single piece of progress. It has just cost me time and money. If someone responds to this complaint please give me a name and contact details of who I should speak to, because I am now taking legal steps. No more threats, now I am doing it.
