A month waiting for the iPhone 5s and still nothin

I just want to say i'm disappointed by the service at MTN store in kimberley. It's been a month now since my contract has been approved and i'm still waiting on the phone. They don't even call to update on the status of my phone. I'm the one who has to keep on calling and all they have to say is that the phone is coming

I'm currently phoneless and its just an inconvenience
