Selling bad Quality

I received a call in August to apply for a Tablet thru Elite, was hesitant but thought I would like to try.
After receiving the item it seemed fine for first few tries. Not very clear picture quality and look but i wanted it for internet. After attempting to use it again, It kept on not allowing me to connect to internet, after several tries, I took to Vodacom where they confirmed it wasnt the sim card. The struggle of getting help just made me even more unhappy with the product and Quality. I suggest Elite when selling things to clients you start using it yourself. ITS, unfriendly n bad quality. It was delivered to me 1month later too, The name of Tablet is Onyx. Never will i buy anything from Elite again. Im told i can send it in which they will pick up, yet i cannot ask for a better make or change to something well known. Its sad how they can sell you and get away with it.
