Cell C
Not keeping promises

On 31 July I posted a report on this website, indicating that Cell C has deducted money for another cell phone account which I don't even have. They contacted me and promised that this has been rectified and that my money which has been deducted will be paid into my account within 5 days, However, I am still waiting for the money to be paid back.
