Waiting for my landline to be installed

I moved from cape town to port elizabeth.

I transfered my land line as well, however telkom is yet to come set up my landline in port elizabeth it has been 3 weeks.

I cannont contact the call center either was the waiting times are too long and calling from a cell number is not free.
