Another unrepaired phone

I'm writing this knowing I'm just another customer who Vodacom milks for my money. gave my blackberry in for repairs week later get an sms giving a quote of an estimate of R5089.95 for "repair" on my phone called them stating its a broken seal. Why would i give in a phone at an unauthorised company if the phone is under warranty?? I also have broken components in my phone according to the technician say? seriously Vodacom when are you going to start being a real company and not just steam roller over your customers? This is getting pathetic first it was the water damage excuse know it is the broken seal excuse, and guess what, This customer has no way of knowing if this is true or not!! We just have to take a multi billion dollars company word that out little phone we gave in is broken beyond repair... just another dime in the bucket I guess.

Hey Vodacom at least you still get your money no matter what right?
