We have an 8ta contract, last year we saw that 8ta had released new packagers. we went to the 8ta store for an upgrage, which took almost 3 months for feedback, and when they came back to us with the upgrade the special advertised in there brochure had expired. we have sent emails back and forth to the call centre, and to-date still nothing. We also had a huge argument with a consultant in the store, he could not find the deal we applied for (this was 3-4 months after) and expects me to bring him the brochure. we have had call centre managers tell us that the migration/upgrade will happen two days from his call. still waiting. i have full details and corrospondence, but does not seem like they are interrested.
