My free data was monitored used and checked intervals had remaining 400kb
Complaint on HelloP. had cellC to refund data amounted 47mb which expired in error, they taken my airtime which was intended for BIS. On the date of refund they revoaked access by rollover which no longer allowed me to access my gmail via google. Shrude at its best! At the moment of refund I was about to purchase a BIS and loaded airtime and guess what that the refunded data had been useless due to sudden network errors and http and ssl error as well no more access to gmail from exact time of refund. Customer care again passes the buck YEAH gold medal for cell C _ call blackberry what BS!
Now I have twice recharged and lost 85% second time around worth airtime which was again intended for BIS, now I have purchased VODACOM simcard C devil should rather be the title. VOTE VODACOM! What a daunting pethetic service from a network I trusted, so basically I will port my business number over and pvt number to VODACOM. I hope south africans will wake up to how easy it is to make millions as its pinched from thousands or millions customers like myself. Makes one sick just thinking how the system contro
