I have been trying to do a sim swap from November and everytime I've tried I have been a million difference excuses. I went to MTN Store in Galleria they told i can jus trim the sim and insert it in my new phone, then i was told that i need a new sim, and when i try to do a sim swop they said the time lapsed and i must buy a new. if this can not be resolved I will transfer all sims to another network that actually know what they are doing.
