One month no service

My line has been off for more then a month now. I was extremely patient with Telkom. I have now phone then more than 7 times each time only to stay on hold for more than 15mins to be told "sorry sir Telkom will phone you today to get it working, Now today after all this time and phone calls I hear from the semi alive person that answers the phone that no one has been assigned to this call yet.

Telkom what should I do to restore my service??
