Charged for service in never subscribed to

I have, this morning, run through my bill from Cell C and to my shock, i have discovered that i have been charged R7 a day -for the past couple of months - for a service that i most DEFINITELY did not request or approve! It is listed as "Content Services" on my bill and the number dialled as "MIRA014". I quickly researched this and see that this is some kind of photo sharing nonsense provided by a company known as Kulaville. How this happened is a complete mystery to me and i would really like to find out. But in the meantime, I not only want to get all the moneys that they have illegally removed from me (how this is allowed to happen is beyond belief) but i want to be UNSUBSCRIBED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT! Please could you inform me as to how i should take this forward.
