Lack of Customer Service

Good Day,
I have been trying for 3 days now trying to get through to Cell C Cancellations Department.
Every single time i call i get through to the legal department which can not assist me in any way.

As an existing client of Cell C i am horrified in the manner in which clients are treated. I deal with service providers on a daily basis and never in my life have i ever come across such lack of customer service. I no longer wish to use Cell C as my service provider and wish to cancel my contract as of immediate effect.
