Firstly the automated voice system is over the top, when eventually you get hold of an individual, you are probably transfered and then disconnected. You're barely managing your rage when this happens a third time.
Thank you Thembe, Sali and Thuli for your lack of support, for transfering me and disconnecting me, the call centre was of no use to me. just another voice amongst thousands so who cares.
I have to pay my monthly subscription for a 4meg line, even though my line is barely a 1meg line, is this acceptable? How do I get re-imbursed?
