We signed a contract for an iPad in the first week of December, so we were advised that should we have a problem with it we must return it with 7 days. So to our surprise we returned it as we were not able to use it in mabopane and Hammanskraal area we even bought additional 100 megabytes and additional 2 gig as we thought maybe its not working because the 2 gig that they have given us was done. We took it back as we faiiled to report the error through the contact centre early 6/12/2013. Then now we receive an account so we called to find out what's happening they advise us that the contract is still active and not cancelled now they want us to take the iPad even if it won't be any use to us plus we already bought an iPad. Mtn should have advise us right there and there when we returned the gadget and its unfair for them to want us to take something that won't be any use to us.
