Still waiting for new phone

On 18 December I took my brand new Nokia Lumia 920 back to our store in Modimolle after it went dead. After almost 2 weeks' wait, I finally got it back on Saturday, the 28th. Monday, the 30th, it went dead again. I immediately took it back, and I was told I will get a new phone. Today, I got an sms from Gawain at the Modimolle store, saying HVRC won't send me a new phone because there was a pin on the broken one. Then he was told later, the technician who took it from Polokwane to Midrand somehow lost the sim card reader! I refuse to pay anything, why should I if I am still using my old, worn out phone, when you won't send me a new one! I took out the Anytime 200 Top Up contract only in December, have only had the phone for 2 weeks before it broke the first time! Your customer service, when it comes to repairs is PATHETIC! I want to cancel the contract, the way I am feeling at the moment.
